Russia and Ukraine exchange 15 hostages via Belarus

According to the agreement reached, Russia and Ukraine exchanged 15 hostages through Belarus.

Axar.az reports, citing TASS, that the exchange was carried out as part of a humanitarian action agreed upon between the Russian Commissioner for Human Rights, Tatyana Moskalkova, and her Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Lubinets.

Most of the people who were handed over to their families are women.
