Maduro’s wife insisted on detention with him

When Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was being detained, his wife, Cilia Flores, wanted to go with her husband. This is heroic.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the Russian Ambassador to Caracas, Sergey Melik-Bagdasarov.

"Those who witnessed this situation said that the woman herself wanted to go with Maduro. The US military wanted to take Maduro alone. His wife did not leave him alone; she followed him. This is heroic," the diplomat noted.
