A possible U.S. strike on Iran would seriously destabilize the Middle East, Moscow said, expecting restraint from all sides, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

Axar.az informs “This would undoubtedly be another step that could seriously destabilize the situation in the region,” the Kremlin representative commented on the potential U.S. aggression against Iran.

“Russia continues to make efforts to help de-escalate tensions, and of course, in this case, we would expect all interested parties to exercise restraint and focus exclusively on peaceful negotiations to resolve the issues they consider relevant,” he added.
