Kremlin says Istanbul framework outdated

The 2022 Istanbul agreements no longer reflect the current situation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Axar.az informs “The reality has completely changed,” he said when asked whether Moscow still adheres to the “Istanbul” framework for resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

It should be noted that Russia and Ukraine held talks in Istanbul at the end of February 2022 to discuss a potential resolution to the conflict.
