Trump may visit Islamabad if Iran deal is signed

If an agreement is reached between the United States and Iran, U.S. President Donald Trump has said he may travel to Islamabad, Pakistan, where a deal could be signed.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by U.S. President Donald Trump while speaking to reporters.

“I would go to Pakistan,” Trump said, noting that the country has played a mediating role in facilitating talks between Washington and Tehran. “Pakistan has been great. They’ve been so good. If a deal is signed in Islamabad, I might go.”

He added that the United States is currently enforcing a blockade on Iranian ports and that the ceasefire between Washington and Tehran is set to expire next week.
