Deripaska proposes 12-hour, six-day workweek for Russia

Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska has proposed that the only way to navigate Russia’s current economic crisis is to implement a 12-hour, six-day workweek.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, Deripaska said the country is going through a challenging period of transformation with numerous constraints.

"This path must be taken anyway, and preferably as quickly as possible. The faster we ourselves switch to this new schedule—from eight to eight, including Saturday—the faster we will complete this transformation," the billionaire said.
