U.S. President Donald Trump will deliver a primetime address Wednesday night to declare that the month-long war in Iran is winding down.

Axar.az reports, citing Politico, Trump is expected to outline U.S. military objectives and comment on the situation in the Strait of Hormuz.

The address comes as additional U.S. troops arrive in the region and follows Trump’s recent statements and social media posts signaling a possible ceasefire conditional on the reopening of the strait.
