The Strait of Hormuz will return to its pre-war operational capacity within 30 days after remaining obstacles are removed, under Iran's exclusive management and in line with the signed memorandum of understanding.
Axar.az reports, citing Tasnim, that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stressed that the implementation of the arrangements is the sole responsibility of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
"Under this memorandum and once the obstacles are removed, the Strait of Hormuz will return to its pre-war capacity within 30 days under Iran's exclusive management. Responsibility for implementing these arrangements rests solely with the Islamic Republic of Iran," he said.
Araghchi warned that any outside interference would only delay the reopening of the strategic waterway and fuel further instability.
"Any interference or attempt to create parallel arrangements will only complicate the situation, increase tensions, and delay the reopening of this vital waterway. The incidents and clashes over the past two nights in the Strait of Hormuz are proof of that. We therefore call on all parties to abide by the signed memorandum and refrain from interfering in the process of reopening and managing the Strait of Hormuz," he said.
