Ghalibaf: US actions contradict calls to end war

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has accused the United States of escalating military tensions while claiming to seek peace.

Axar.az reports that Ghalibaf made the remarks in a post on X.

"The Americans keep bringing new military equipment into the region while claiming they want to end the war. They think our intelligence is on the level of their own modest IQ," he said.

Ghalibaf said Iran was fully aware of what he described as U.S. tactics and had prepared accordingly.

"We have become experts at recognizing these American tactics. Actions must support such claims, not contradict them," he added.
