Axar.az reports, citing Iranian media, that the Iranian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Iran condemns the U.S. attacks, which it says were carried out with Israel's involvement and the participation of certain regional countries, and reiterated its determination to protect the country's national rights and security.

The statement also said that claims of attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz are being used as a pretext for actions against Iran.
