Iran on Monday urged to maintain seriousness in the talks in Vienna, the capital of Austria, between Tehran and the signatories of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) or the nuclear deal, otherwise, it will abandon them.

Axar.az reports citing foreign media that Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister and chief nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi warned that the Islamic Republic will withdraw in case that the dialogue is attrition.

The diplomat ruled out the solution of a staged plan to lift sanctions imposed by the United States to Iran.

Tehran's position on that project is clear, he added, the United States must eliminate the coercive measures, we will verify it and then we will return to the JCPOA commitments, he emphasized.
