Despite all the pressure, I will not sign the agreement on Kosovo's independence.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

He said the dialogue process with Kosovo was scheduled to continue in mid-June and that the pressure would continue that month.

"To rule this country, to make decisions independently of others, means to be able to make decisions on behalf of Serbia."

Reiterating that Kosovo has not fulfilled its responsibilities, Vucic stressed that the West has not reacted.

"Two days ago, I learned that I would be found guilty of the problems caused by these documents in the region. I did not confirm any of these documents, because Kosovo is recognized as an independent state in each of them.

They see Serbia as a destabilizing factor in the region, so they are trying to prevent economic and political development."
