NATO has launched Baltops-2021 military exercises in the Baltic Sea with the participation of naval forces.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the press service of the German Navy.

According to the report, 40 naval vehicles, 60 planes and about 4,000 servicemen will take part in the exercises, which will last until June 18.

The exercises were attended by 16 NATO members, Finland and Sweden.
