The agreement signed between Turkey and Ukraine will further promote economic ties, trade and high-tech development efforts between the two strategic partners.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Haluk Bayragdar, CEO of Turkish Baykar, commenting on the agreement signed during President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Kyiv.

"This agreement is no longer trade, but an important step in the development of a joint project between the two countries and the creation of an investment climate. "The Ukrainian state creates a shield for all Turkish companies to invest in high technology and aviation," Bayragdar said.

Saying that the agreement will result in customs and tax benefits, Bayragdar noted that important projects will be implemented:

"The two countries have a lot to learn from each other in areas where they specialize in different areas of technology. We believe that the agreement will prepare very important projects that will make a name for itself on a global scale in the near future.

Erdogan and Zelensky signed agreements on cooperation in free trade zones, youth policy, taxation, standardization, high technology, customs, aviation and space industry.
