After the latest strikes on military facilities in Crimea, the Russian leadership is losing confidence in the security of the peninsula.

"On August 17, Vice Admiral Viktor Sokolov replaced Admiral Igor Osipov as the commander of the Black Sea Fleet. Russian authorities are trying to keep Sokolov's destination a secret because of the high "terror threat" in Sevastopol.
