Russia has sent thousands of amphibious assault troops to Rabotino to reinforce the 58th General Army.
Axar.az reports that this was mentioned in the report of the British Ministry of Defense.
"Over the past two weeks, Russia is likely to have reinforced the struggling 58th Army with additional airborne units in the direction of Orechovsky in the Zaporizhzhia region. In particular, at least 5 airborne units brought from the 7th and 76th divisions were now concentrated a few kilometres from the village of Rabotino on the front line. At full strength, these forces should consist of about 10,000 elite paratroopers. However, there is a shortage in almost all departments," the information stated.
The report stated that the current situation is considered extremely unsatisfactory by the leadership of the Russian Airborne Forces:
"Throughout the war, the Russian military command tried to restore the Airborne Forces as a highly mobile and striking force in offensive operations. But they are still used as infantry to strengthen the ground forces."
