Were the terrorists controlled with chips?

Because the Kremlin does not take measures against real terrorist groups, terrorist attacks will continue on the territory of Russia.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Major General Viktor Yagun, who is in reserve of the Ukrainian army.

"Vladimir Ovchinnikov, advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia, said that the terrorists were controlled in "Crocus City Hall" by using the chips installed on them. These are the words of the Major General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and it is enough to understand the level of their stupidity. That is, the whole world thinks they are mentally ill. "The problem of the Russians is that they are ruled by such people. Putin blamed Ukraine for the terrorist attack, and now his henchmen are trying to think of something to confirm Putin's words," he said.

Yagun noted that Putin's regime is weak and unprofessional in the fight against terrorists:

"The problems for Russia are just beginning. Instead of negotiating with the world's intelligence agencies, they are engaging in stupidity. The regime is not trying to deal with this problem.

Such unprofessionalism and weakness of the regime will lead to greater terrorist attacks on the territory of Russia. Because they do not take real steps against terrorist groups.
