NATO is in talks to make its nuclear weapons ready for combat — deploying more nuclear weapons, removing them from storage and keeping them on standby — to counter the growing threat from Russia and China.

Axar.az reports that NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told the British newspaper "Telegraph".

It should be recalled that Y. Stoltenberg said last week that nuclear weapons are NATO's last security guarantee and means of maintaining peace.
