The government has approved a list of 390 settlements for "artsakh" residents (Armenians who left Karabakh - ed.) to build or buy houses.

Axar.az reports that it was written by Mesrop Arakelyan, co-founder of the "Life for the Country" party.

He said that except for the village of Karki, all border settlements were included in the list.

"It seems that the government is starting the process of handing over Tigranashe (Karki - ed.) with this decision," M. Arakelyan claimed.

It should be noted that Armenia has been occupying the village of Karki in Nakhchivan since 1990.
