The signing of a "strategic military partnership" between the Russian Federation and North Korea (and essentially a conspicuous pact to jointly dismantle global norms and organize the mass killing of civilians in other countries) is unilateral in nature.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, in response to the partnership agreement signed between Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

He noted that the mentioned agreement is a unilateral and overt annulment of all international decisions, resolutions, and sanctions applied against Pyongyang.
