In Rafah, located in the south of the Palestinian enclave near the Egyptian border, over 70% of the buildings have been destroyed due to bombardments and shelling by the Israeli army.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the city's mayor, Ahmed Sufi.

"The Israeli armed forces are systematically destroying Rafah and its refugee camps, with the most recent example being the completely demolished Al-Saudi area," he stated.
