The president punished Shabi for the death of 49 pilgrims

After the death of 49 Tunisians going on Hajj pilgrimage, the President of Tunisia, Qays Said, dismissed the country's Minister of Religious Affairs, Ibrahim Shabi.

Axar.az informs that Turkish media reported on this.

According to information, this step was taken because the loss of 49 Tunisian lives led to widespread criticism in the country.

It should be noted that a total of 1,081 pilgrims died in Mecca this year due to extreme heat.
