The first step to resolving the conflict in Ukraine should be a ceasefire, not an agreement on a peace plan.

Axar.az reports that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban voiced this during his speech at the international forum held in Chornobyl, Italy. said.

"There will never be peace if we wait for a peace plan that is acceptable and acceptable to both sides. The first step is not a peace plan, but a ceasefire," he said.
