Armenia is ready to sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan soon.

Axar.az reports that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said this at a joint press conference with his French counterpart, Stéphane Séjourné.

The minister stated that he discussed regional stability issues with his French colleague and confirmed Armenia's commitment to the peace agenda:

"We have delivered the final documents containing a fully agreed-upon text. We are ready to sign the agreed text soon: a treaty in which the countries mutually recognize each other's territorial integrity, recognizing the borders that existed at the time of the USSR's collapse under the Alma-Ata Declaration."
