A moderate northwest wind will shift to a northeast wind during the day. The temperature will be 3-5°C at night and 6-8°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be higher than normal at 769 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.

In most regions of Azerbaijan, the weather will generally be dry. However, occasional precipitation, including snow, is expected in some eastern regions. Fog is expected in some areas, with a western wind blowing.

Temperatures will range from -2°C to +3°C at night and 6-10°C during the day in lowlands, while in mountainous areas, temperatures will be -3°C to -8°C at night and 3-7°C during the day.
