The attack on the Iranian ambassador is a violation of international law.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Iran's ambassador to the UN, Amir Said Iravani.

"The attack on the Iranian ambassador in Beirut is a clear violation of international law and diplomatic norms. Iran firmly stands by the government and people of Lebanon. "Tehran will not rest until the day those responsible for these crimes are brought to justice."
