According to the information of the Ministry, 8 terrorists were killed in the Black region of Iraq, 5 in the Qandil mountain area, and 4 more in Hakurga.

"The Turkish army will continue to carry out surprise attacks to destroy the militants in their base areas," the ministry stressed.

Earlier, Ankara stated that since the beginning of the year, the Turkish army neutralized more than 2,000 terrorists in northern Iraq and Syria.
