Russian President Volodymyr Putin refused to have a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

Axar.az reports that German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock informed about this.

"He (Putin - ed.) refuses to accept peace and every day sends another message in favor of war and destruction. These days, he is not even ready to talk to the Chancellor of Germany on the phone," Baerbock said.
