Former Liverpool midfielder Peter Cormack has passed away.

Axar.az reports that the club announced this news.

The legend of the "Reds" died at the age of 78.

It is noted that the Scotsman represented Merseyside from 1972 to 1976. Cormack was a winner of the English league, UEFA Cup, and the FA Cup with Liverpool. He scored 26 goals in 178 appearances for the club.
