The next meeting of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Spain was held in Madrid.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

It was noted that at the meeting held on October 11, the Azerbaijani delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Fariz Rzayev, and the Spanish delegation was headed by Diego Belio Martinez, State Secretary for Foreign and Global Affairs.

During the meeting, the current situation and development prospects of relations between Azerbaijan and Spain in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres were discussed.

During the visit, F. Rzayev also met with other Spanish officials and participated in round table discussions with researchers and experts.
