Chairman of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan discussed the peace process in the South Caucasus with his Turkish counterpart Numan Gurtulmush.

Axar.az reports that Simonyan published information about this on the X social network.

He noted that the meeting was meaningful and a wide range of bilateral and regional issues were touched upon.

Simonyan said that he also presented the "Peace Junction" project of the Armenian government.

It should be noted that the meeting between the parties was held within the framework of the 149th General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Geneva.
