EU and GCC leaders to discuss the Middle East

Conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East will be the main topics at the first summit of leaders from the European Union and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Axar.az reports that this was stated by a high-ranking official from the European Union.

The information indicates that the EU aims to establish more strategic relations with Gulf countries in light of these two conflicts.

Following the summit, the EU and Gulf countries will issue a joint statement on all agenda items.
