Georgia is being governed by the Russian government.

Axar.az reports that this statement was made by Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili.

"The Georgian Dream Party, which has been in power since 2012, is conducting a campaign based on propaganda, polarization, and intimidation tactics similar to those in Russia," Zurabishvili stated.

The President accused the ruling party of forcing public servants to vote, attacking opposition activists, threatening journalists, and complicating the voting process for citizens abroad: "This is not just an ordinary election; it is a choice between the future of Europe and the past of Russia."

It is worth noting that the parliamentary election in Georgia will be held on October 26.
