The German president dismisses three ministers

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier dismissed Finance Minister Christian Lindner, Justice Minister Marco Buschmann, Education and Research Minister Bettina Stark-Wattsinger.

Axar.az reports that local media reported on this.

It is noted that all three ministers represent the Free Democratic Party of Germany.

Lindner's duties will be performed by Jörg Kukis, State Secretary of the Administration of the Federal Chancellery of Germany. Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure Volker Vissing will head the Ministry of Justice.

Thus, the current Minister of Agriculture and Food Cem Özdemir ("Greens") will head the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research.
