"Yesterday, we were talking about the Middle East on the plane with President Trump, and he took a piece of paper and drew a map of the region. The map included all the countries of the Middle East, which most Americans would not be able to do," said U.S. politician Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Axar.az reports that Kennedy shared these comments in an interview with podcaster Tucker Carslon.
"Then Trump wrote down the military strength of each country. He specifically pointed to the border between Syria and Turkiye and said, ‘We have 500 soldiers at the Syria-Turkiye border. Turkiye has 750,000, and Syria has 250,000 soldiers. If they go up against each other, we will be stuck in the middle.’
He then asked the generals, ‘What will happen to those 500 soldiers?’"
Kennedy went on, "The generals replied that the 500 soldiers would become cannon fodder. Trump said, ‘Get them out of there!’"
