NATO chief Mark Rutte stated on Thursday that he plans to work closely with the returning U.S. president, Donald Trump, to address the “dangerous new developments” arising from North Korea's involvement in Russia's war on Ukraine.

“This is more and more a threat, not only to the European part of NATO, but also to the United States -- because Russia is delivering the latest technology into North Korea,” he added.
