Russia's recent attack on Ukraine's infrastructure demonstrates that Russia is not interested in entering negotiations.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Germany's Ambassador to Ukraine, Martin Yager.

He said that Russia's actions prove it is opting for escalation:

"Yesterday, Russia attacked Ukraine’s electricity grid. This is one of the most powerful missile strikes since February 2022. President Putin is waging war against Ukraine’s civilian population. Russia is choosing escalation and does not want negotiations."

It should be noted that yesterday, Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine.
