The Armenian-born British businessman Calouste Sarkis Gulbenkian (1869-1955), known as "Mr. Five Per Cent," was one of Europe's wealthiest entrepreneurs. He was one of the first to seize Iraqi oil. In 1956, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation was established in Portugal in his name.
Axar.az reports that this information was shared by journalist Elbeyi Hasanli, who lives in Europe.
He stated that in 2020, the Gulbenkian Foundation awarded the Gulbenkian Prize for Humanity, worth 1 million euros (£900,000), to a 17-year-old Greta Thunberg:
"Since then, the Armenian lobby has successfully used Greta Thunberg as a weapon in the propaganda war against Turkiye and Azerbaijan."
It is noted that Thunberg visited Tbilisi during the COP29 days and organized a protest against Azerbaijan, with a few supporters, including Azerbaijani Vafa Nagi. Later, Thunberg went to Yerevan, where she participated in a conference against Azerbaijan and posted a photo in front of the fabricated "Armenian Genocide" monument.
