Nuno Mendes named man of match in Nations League final

Portugal has claimed the UEFA Nations League trophy after defeating Spain in a penalty shootout in the final.

Axar.az reports the best player of the decisive match has also been announced.

The award went to Portugal’s young full-back, Nuno Mendes, who played the full 120 minutes and managed to score a goal.

It’s worth noting that Mendes currently plays for PSG.
