For Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to participate in the NATO summit, strong and concrete decisions must be made now that will strengthen the country's defense capabilities.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

According to Sybiha, no third country, including Russia, has a veto right on the issue of Ukraine's membership in NATO:

"Yes, today there may not be a complete consensus among all allies, but this is our internal matter and that of our allies."

According to the minister, the security of Ukraine and the Euro-Atlantic space are inseparable:

"Ukraine is not just a party asking for help here. We are already a country that can strengthen the entire Euro-Atlantic security architecture."
