Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that he instructed Foreign Minister Juraj Blanár and Defense Minister Robert Kalinak not to support the U.S. decision on any international platform.

Axar.az reports that Fico made these remarks regarding the U.S. allowing Ukraine to strike deep into Russian territory using ATACMS missiles.

"Slovakia is a neighbor of Ukraine and has a vital interest in peace prevailing in Ukraine. Those who welcome steps aimed at escalating the conflict undermine Slovakia’s national and state interests," he said.
