UK diplomat summoned by Iran over new sanctions.

Axar.az reports that the British chargé d'affaires has been summoned to Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs following London's imposition of new sanctions against Tehran.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry assured the British diplomat that the UK's irrational actions would not go unanswered.

The Ministry also criticized interference by some European countries, including the UK, in Iran's defense cooperation with other nations, calling it unacceptable.
