Josep Borrell has announced that he will conclude his work as the head of EU diplomacy on November 29.

Axar.az reports that he made this statement before the start of a conference in Brussels dedicated to Middle East peace.

Borrell emphasized that he would hand over the duties to his successor, Estonia's former Prime Minister, Kaja Kallas.

It should be noted that it was previously announced that Kallas would begin her term on November 1.
