Putin jokes about Ukraine attacks

Russian President Vladimir Putin gave a unique answer to the decision-making centers in Ukraine, including the question about the possibility of attacks with Oreshnik missiles.

Axar.az reports that the head of the Kremlin pointed out that anything can happen during the day.

"In Soviet times, there was a joke about the weather forecast: The forecast is like this - Anything can happen during the day," the president said jokingly.
