Putin: Oreshnik missile is not weapon of mass destruction

"Oreshnik" is not a weapon of mass destruction, but a high-precision weapon with no nuclear content.

Axar.az this was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

He added that if "Oreshnik" missiles were used on a large scale, their power could be compared to the use of nuclear weapons.
