Araghchi meets with Turkish counterpart in Ankara

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who is on a visit to Ankara today, met with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by IRNA.

The meeting focused on bilateral relations and the situation in the region, including events in Syria and the fight against terrorism.

It should be noted that, amid the escalating situation in Syria, Araghchi first visited Damascus to meet with President Bashar al-Assad before heading to Ankara.
