A delegation led by the head of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the Republic of Serbia for the purpose of military cooperation negotiations.
Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
During the visit, the delegation was received by the Assistant Minister of Defense of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Predrag Bandic, and then a bilateral meeting was held between the representatives of the International Military Cooperation Office of both countries.
During the meeting, the current state of military cooperation between the parties was analyzed and development prospects were discussed, as well as a broad exchange of views on topics of mutual interest. In this regard, satisfaction was expressed with the implementation of the activities provided for in the military cooperation plan for 2024.
According to the visit program, the delegation visited the Center for Peacekeeping Operations of the Republic of Serbia and got acquainted with the activities of the center.
At the end of the official activities, the "Military Cooperation Plan for 2025 between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia" was signed.
