Iran and Russia to sign comprehensive cooperation deal

The strategic comprehensive cooperation agreement between Iran and Russia consists of 47 articles and covers all areas of bilateral relations.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Iran's Ambassador to Russia, Kazem Jalali.

"This agreement consists of an introductory section and 47 articles. With its signing and implementation, the level of cooperation in all areas between our countries will significantly increase," he said.

It is noted that the agreement is expected to be signed during the visit of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to Russia this month.
