The U.S. has lifted a hold on the supply of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel.

Axar.az reports that U.S. President Donald Trump made this statement in an interview with journalists.

"We released them. We released them today. And they'll have them. They paid for them and they’ve been waiting for them for a long time. They’ve been in storage," he said.

The publication 'Axios' reported that that 1,800 MK-84 bombs will be put on a ship and delivered to Israel in the coming days.

It should be noted that former U.S. President Joe Biden had imposed a ban on the supply of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel.
