Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian said that Tehran is ready to resume dialogue with the United States over the nuclear deal, but the country's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has opposed it.

Axar.az informs that IRNA reported on this.

"I thought it would be better to go to dialogue, but the Supreme Leader said that we will not negotiate with the United States," Pezeshkian said.

The Iranian President noted that the country's policy must be in line with the position of the Supreme Leader.
